Owl’s Hoot is a spectacular and luxurious home in a security complex on the Hermanus golf course. The house borders the golf course directly and offers all the little touches to make your holiday extra special. Come home to relax next to the pool after a day spent on the golf course or beaches, enjoy your special meal inside or outside on the al fresco balcony, and braai to your heart’s content at one of two built-in bbq options. The children have a special bunk room of their own with table tennis, bean bags and their own seating and outdoor space.

• The living room leads out onto a balcony through sliding doors. It has a beautiful view of the golf course and the sea beyond.
• The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 12
• The dining area leads out onto a balcony with al fresco dining. It overlooks the pool and has a spectacular mountain view
• The kitchen is modern and open plan with a large island and separate scullery
• Kitchen is well equipped with 6 plate gas hob, two fridges, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ice machine eye height electric oven, microwave oven
• The pool is in the centre of a large court yard so is protected from wind. It offers sun loungers, comfortable seating, a built-in bbq and drinks area.

Bedrooms

• Main bedroom 1 upstairs: Large and spacious bedroom with extra large king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, bath and double vanity. This room has a balcony and a far view of the sea. There is a television set in the room
• Main Bedroom 2 downstairs: King size bed with en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Sliding doors open to a small private garden area and the golf course beyond
• Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with en suite bathroom with a shower
• Bedroom 4: Bunk room for children: This room contains two bunk beds that sleep 4. The room has a television set and seating area as well as a ping pong table.
• Bedroom 5: Two single beds. This bedroom is serviced by a bathroom with shower
• There is a separate guest toilet and powder room
