On The Rocks is a special, luxury home in prime position in Westcliff. Break away and enjoy stunning sea views, spot whales in season, and relax next to the sparkling blue pool in the afternoon. End your day with a delicious braai on the patio and breathe the sea air from your balcony before turning in for the night.

Forget about the kids who can enjoy the pool table and play in the garden. Set on the cliffs opposite the cliff path, one can spot whales, dolphins and seals from the sea-facing master bedroom and the upstairs drinks lounge and balcony. Only minutes from Fick’s Pool, the new harbour and a short drive to the centre of town, this house’s top location offers everything you want from your holiday.

On The Rocks can accommodate up to 11 guests (8 adults and 3 children), and comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The bedroom leads to a large balcony with stunning sea views. On this level there is a also a large sunny sitting area with a large bar counter, that also leads to the balcony.

On the ground floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen, dining and lounge area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed and an additional single bed. The first bathroom contains a bath and a shower, the second bathroom contains a shower only.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas hob, electric oven and a dishwasher. The stunning dining room seats 10. The comfortable TV lounge and the dining area both open to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and gas braai facilities. The house also has a large swimming pool with a safety net and a lovely garden.

The house has a double garage, with a pool table, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. There is also plenty of additional off-street parking.
