Here the family can gather around the braai in summer, the fireplace in winter, for al fresco dining on the patio, to play board games in the lounge or to cook and enjoy family meals around the kitchen table.

Long Barn is the perfect family home in Eastcliff: 300 metres away from Kwaaiwater cove and the cliff path, 400 metres from the Hermanus Golf Course, 2 kilometres from central Hermanus and a kilometre from Fernkloof Nature Reserve and the blue flag Grotto beach. You can’t ask for anything more!

• Front living room with television and second lounge also with television and wood fireplace opens onto dining area with seating for 10 and open plan kitchen

Bedrooms and size of beds:

• Bedroom 1 (upstairs): Main bedroom with queen bed, en suite shower and walk-in dressing area. Opens up onto upstairs balcony with lovely views of golf course and Hermanus mountains
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Second main bedroom with queen bed, en suite shower and walk-in dressing area. Opens up onto upstairs balcony with lovely views of golf course and Hermanus mountains
• Bedroom 3 (ground floor): Double bed with en suite bathroom (bath only). Opens up onto the front patio with view of mountains and golf course
• Bedroom 4 (ground floor): Queen bed and has immediate use of bathroom (shower only)
• Bedroom 5 (upstairs): Double bed, plus a children’s single bed. Shared family bathroom with bath and shower. Opens onto balcony at the back of the house.
• Bedroom 6 (upstairs): Two double beds. Shared balcony with bedroom 5. Shared family bathroom with bath and shower

Kitchen and appliances:

• Dishwasher, oven and electric hob, microwave, washing machine and drier, coffee machine, fridge plus bar fridge

Outside areas:

• Patio front and back as well as upstairs balconies front and back.
• Lovely views of golf course and mountains from front patio and balcony.
• Back patio has built-in BBQ, with a portable braai available for use in the front garden.
• Back garden has a small slide and swing for toddlers.
