Bedrooms and bathrooms:

• Main bedroom upstairs with queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower and double basin. Air conditioner.
• Bedroom two is on the ground floor with queen size bed, en suite bath. Air conditioner.
• Bedroom three also on ground floor and also has queen size bed. Air conditioner.
• Bedroom four has two three quarter beds and would share the bathroom with bedroom three. It is a rustic annexe converted from the garage and is secluded away from the other bedrooms which would be enjoyed by independent teenagers. Air conditioner.
• Bathroom three has double basins and shower.
