This beautiful, comfortable cottage is centrally situated close to beaches, the golf course and the center of Hermanus town, but that’s not it’s biggest surprise. No, this is hidden right at the heart of the property which is built around a peaceful central courtyard where a cool splash pool helps you cool down after a long hot day in the sun.

The cottage offers a spacious open plan lounge and dining area as well as a well equipped kitchen. There is a main bedroom and an en suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom  The living area is airy and bright with sliding doors on two sides: One side opens to the splash pool in the protected court yard and the other onto a large wooden deck that looks out over the mountains.

It’s name means ‘why not?’, and indeed, why wouldn’t you want to be in a private and quiet area, yet close enough to beaches, the golf course, the Fernkloof nature reserve and the center of town?
