On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The bedroom leads to a large balcony with stunning sea views. On this level there is a also a large sunny sitting area with a large bar counter, that also leads to the balcony.

On the ground floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen, dining and lounge area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed and an additional single bed. The first bathroom contains a bath and a shower, the second bathroom contains a shower only.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas hob, electric oven and a dishwasher. The stunning dining room seats 10. The comfortable TV lounge and the dining area both open to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and gas braai facilities. The house also has a large swimming pool with a safety net and a lovely garden.

The house has a double garage, with a pool table, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. There is also plenty of additional off-street parking.
