• Bedroom 4 (upstairs): Queen bed with en suite bathroom with shower. Walk-in dressing area.  Shares upstairs balcony with room 3
• Bedroom 5 (upstairs): Double bed, plus a single bed. Adjacent shared family bathroom with bath and shower. Opens onto balcony overlooking the back garden
