It is the perfect property for a family group or for families or friends who want to spend their holiday together but like to still have some privacy. Use this house as the ideal base to explore all the wonders Hermanus and the Overberg has to offer: The lagoon, beaches and restaurants of Voelklip and Hermanus Central, the Fernkloof Nature Reserve, hop onto the Stanford/Gansbaai route and visit the Hemel and Aarde wineries.

The house sleeps 10 in three separate units. The main house sleeps 4 and also contains the comfortable living area and kitchen. There is a separate bedroom with en suite bathroom as well as an attached cottage that sleeps 4.

One or two small well behaved pets allowed

The bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 5 bedrooms in total:

• Main House:
  • Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed
  • Bedroom 2 has two single beds
  • Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom with bath and shower over the bath
• Separate bedroom:
  • Bedroom 3 is a self contained unit with a queen sized bed and en suite bathroom with a shower
• Cottage
  • Bedroom 4 has two single beds
  • Bedroom 5 has two single beds and a double bunk bed. Note that this room only sleeps two
  • Bedrooms 4 and 5 are inter-leading and share a bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath
  • There is also a washing machine conveniently placed in this bathroom

The living area is in the main house:

• Comfortable open plan lounge with Smart television and uncapped wifi. You can log onto your Netflix account or your DStv account
• Open plan dining area
• Well equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, ice machine, toaster and all crockery and cutlery supplied
• There is a patio and a garden
