Stunning double story, off-the-grid, luxury holiday home overlooking Hermanus Golf Course

African Peach is an entertainer’s dream. The large designer kitchen offers an island counter and separate fully equipped scullery. The kitchen flows into an open plan dining area with seating for up to fourteen and, opens onto the private patio and wooden deck with built in barbeque and great mountain views. There are two guest powder rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and quiet air conditioning with cooling and heating functions. The two larger bedrooms have queen size, extra length double beds, a further two bedrooms each have two single beds

The view from both the upstairs balcony and downstairs wooden deck is spectacular for both early morning sunrises and relaxing evening sunsets.

The large kitchen and separate scullery are fully equipped with a gas hob and electric stove, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The upstairs lounge area has a separate beverage fridge, counter and wash basin for glassware.

The house has a 5 KVA solar power system with battery backup so, except for the oven, is not reliant on Eskom for power. The hob is gas fired and the kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer work off the solar backup system. For cooler seasons there is a downstairs gas fire and upstairs wood fire.  There is a fast internet connection with upstairs and downstairs boosters and a maximum data of 20GB of data available per stay. Each of the three smart TV’s has a dedicated DSTV connection, which allow for independent viewing.

There is off street parking for two cars and a multi zone security system with 24 hour ADT security.
