- The main bedroom contains a king-size double bed and the other bedroom, two single beds.
- There are two bathrooms, each consisting of shower, basin and toilet.
- Amenities include an automatic washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, double door refrigerator / deep freeze as well as an indoor barbeque / braai area.
- The upper level of the house is extremely wheelchair friendly. One of the bathrooms has a “roll-in” shower (no threshold) with support bars at the shower. There are no steps and there is ample space to manoeuvre in a wheelchair throughout the building.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, basin toilet and the other a shower, basin, toilet.
